e-Commerce Return & Exchange Policy:

Generally, to be eligible for a product return, kindly note the following:

  • The item in-subject must be unused and in the same condition that it was received. It must also be in its original packaging.
  • Customer shall contact service number +971 50 544 9848 or email at admin@esb-stores.org or info@esbcofze.com. Not to forget the invoice number, date, and issue in the product.

Customers can return/exchange the items under the following conditions within 7 days from the date of delivery:

  • In case the wrong product, wrong number, wrong size, or wrong color of the delivered item.
  • Item not working, malfunctioning, or damaged
 NO Return & Exchange shall be provided for the following:
  • Frozen, or chilled items
  • Accessories like spare parts
  • Promotion items and clearance sale items
  • Open package, broken-seal packages, tampered, scratched, or damaged items, partially used items, or incomplete products.
  • No proper or unknown justification.
Terms & Conditions:
  • Product must be returned to the main ESB Office, where the purchase is originated from, with its original sales invoice.
  • Th product should be accompanied by the original packaging, accessories, product manual, and any other available documentation.
  • Service, delivery, and installation charges are non-refundable once performed.
  • Replacement or exchange or refund will be done within 7 days for all ESB products.
  • Bank charges will be deducted while making a refund for any payment made by debit/credit card. The amount will be credited to the same account with a period of 7-10 business days.
  • No refund will be given for any payment made by a way of a Gift voucher or Exchange voucher.
