e-Commerce Return & Exchange Policy:
Generally, to be eligible for a product return, kindly note the following:
- The item in-subject must be unused and in the same condition that it was received. It must also be in its original packaging.
- Customer shall contact service number +971 50 544 9848 or email at firstname.lastname@example.org or email@example.com. Not to forget the invoice number, date, and issue in the product.
Customers can return/exchange the items under the following conditions within 7 days from the date of delivery:
- In case the wrong product, wrong number, wrong size, or wrong color of the delivered item.
- Item not working, malfunctioning, or damaged
NO Return & Exchange shall be provided for the following:
- Frozen, or chilled items
- Accessories like spare parts
- Promotion items and clearance sale items
- Open package, broken-seal packages, tampered, scratched, or damaged items, partially used items, or incomplete products.
- No proper or unknown justification.
Terms & Conditions:
- Product must be returned to the main ESB Office, where the purchase is originated from, with its original sales invoice.
- Th product should be accompanied by the original packaging, accessories, product manual, and any other available documentation.
- Service, delivery, and installation charges are non-refundable once performed.
- Replacement or exchange or refund will be done within 7 days for all ESB products.
- Bank charges will be deducted while making a refund for any payment made by debit/credit card. The amount will be credited to the same account with a period of 7-10 business days.
- No refund will be given for any payment made by a way of a Gift voucher or Exchange voucher.
